I’ve been in the corporate world for over 15 years and I was a slave of stress and anxiety too. The long hour weeks, the stress of deadlines and the unreachable targets resulted in me fighting illness to the point where it was controlling my hormones and I couldn’t conceive for over 2 years. When I finally got my baby girl, I swore I would never let stress get the best of me and this started a journey of self-discovery, enlightenment and learning how to be more grounded, mindful and use tools like art and manifestation to become happier every day.

My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients in a trauma-informed way to identify their strengths and values, regulate their nervous system and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
I work with women (particularly mums) from all walks of life, who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking career advancement, while others are looking to improve their relationships, overcome their limiting beliefs or find greater fulfilment in life.
I have a background in psychology and an ICF / CPD Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching Certification, combining a deep understanding of trauma and it’s impact on the human body and nervous system with a wide variety of tools and methods to achieve a fully customised “recipe” for personal breakthrough transformation. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I also bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session, holding space for my clients and allowing them to feel all their emotions.
During our 30 mins free discovery call, we will discuss the best way to work together (duration, frequency, investment, etc.). All these details will be included in a contract that will be signed by both parties before beginning working together. All coaching sessions are online, via Google Meet or Zoom and last between 30 and 90 minutes.
Life coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.
While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues, past traumas and obtain a diagnosis and potentially medication, while trauma-informed life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals by working WITH their trauma through an empowerment and post-traumatic growth lens, with the purpose of improving their overall well-being.
Prices will vary based on the services agreed, booking one-off sessions or packages and start from £60/hour for a one-off coaching session to £100 for a 90 mins intensive personal breakthrough transformation session.
The purpose of the “Artful Reflections Journal” is simple yet profound. It aims to guide you on a journey of self-reflection, emotional exploration, and personal growth. Through the art therapy prompts, you’ll tap into your creative spirit, allowing your innermost thoughts and emotions to come alive on the paper. The afterthought prompts provide a safe space for you to articulate your feelings, experiences, and insights, creating a meaningful narrative of your journey. The coloring pages will be a helpful mindfulness exercise to ground you into the present moment and help speed your transformation to a happier and healthier self.
